• Organizing secretary for 5^th Joint state conference of Association of Otorhinolaryngologists of India MP and Chhattisgarh Chapter And pre-conference International workshop held on 14^th, 15th & 16^th November 2008 at RD Gardi Medical College Ujjain (MP) India.
